Description of the problem | "takata recall" message air bag comes on. I took my car to the dealership and they said it was caused by the driver side airbag connector had high resistance (code b001e-0d). Dealership removed airbag connectors, traced wired, and spliced wires together. This is the same issue i read about for the 2013 acadia models. My acadia is a 2014 model and we had to pay for this repair out of pocket. I feel that we should be re-reimbursed for this repair, it was very costly for the dealership to just cut and splice wires. |
