Description of the problem | I purchased a 2014 acadia that was part of nhtsa campaign number: 14v266000. The car was delivered to me without the recall being performed. This is in direct violation of the stop sale notice on the recall. The dealership now wants the car back asap to fix the recall, but the are still in direct violation of the law. Gm is arrogant and denies that this can happen in their system. Gm's system needs to be fixed as well. I have emails and voicemails that back up this information. |
