Description of the problem | In short, the buckle spring or suspension disconnected or collapse. Went to buckle the belt in and it would not latch. There is a recall noted for 2014 gmc acadia seat belts and we are being told our vehicle that is a 2014 gmc acadia purchased 04/2014 is not within that recall. How does the buckle just disconnect? We've had cars older than this with absolutely no issues.
