Description of the problem | Tl* the contact drove a 2014 gmc sierra 1500 company vehicle. While the contact was attempting to fasten the front driver's side seat belt, the lap belt cable from the floorboard fractured in two pieces. The contact called linwood chevrolet buick gmc (2007 state route 45 north, mayfield, ky 42066, (270) 228-2606) and attempted to schedule an appointment, but the dealer stated that they would call the contact back. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer and was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified and stated that they would extend the warranty to repair the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 115,000. |
