Description of the problem | Had the recall for the low maneuver turning issue performed at a dealership when i had my oil changed on august 15, 2017. Less than a week later the issue occurred when turning into the driveway and dealership will not honor my complaint to fix it. The statement i hear is "we can't duplicate the problem" but i'm telling them it happened. Either the procedure to rectify the recall isn't working or they didn't perform it correctly. I need help. |
