Description of the problem | 2014 gmc sierra vacuum pump failure at 81,201 miles. This seems to be an epidemic with these trucks. I tow an 8,000 pound trailer and to think the truck brakes could potentially not work is insanity. How does gm make the steering electric on this truck and put electric vacuum pumps on the camaro's and corvettes but decides to put a mechanical vacuum pump on the trucks? This is an immediate safety defect that needs to be addressed. |
