Description of the problem | I have taken my vehicle three times to the dealership for the radio systems turning off completely, not giving access to radio functions, and stays on after the vehicle is completely turned off. Now the issue is crossing over to the driver cluster control module where it turns off completely and restarts on its own while i'm driving. Dealership has never given me a solution or have contacted me since then. When i called about on going issue, they stated that they cannot do anything unless the problem is present when at the dealership even after i explained it happens at random times. They refused to listen and look up prior service history. Did prior research and located an article that radio and cluster were going to be part of a recall but gm claimed it was not an issue. |
