Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2019 gmc sierra 1500. While driving approximately 40 mph, the entertainment system went out. When the vehicle was turned off and restarted, the failure did not recur. The failure later recurred and the vehicle was taken to bob howard buick gmc dealer (405-936-8800, located at 13300 broadway extension, oklahoma city, ok 73114) where the computer system was updated. Approximately two weeks later, while driving approximately 40 mph, the brakes lost power and did not stop the vehicle. The vehicle was taken back to the same dealer and was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and stated that the vehicle would be repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 1,500. The vin was unknown. |
