Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2019 gmc sierra 1500. The contact stated that the electrical system in the vehicle was defective which caused delays with several driver functions. He stated that the vehicle would restart while in operation after coming to a complete stop. The contact also stated that the vehicle hesitated and jerked while accelerating without warning. The contact stated that several attempts were needed while pushing the push to start button for the vehicle to start. The vehicle was taken to mc-elveen buick gmc (117 farmington rd, summerville, sc 29483) on four separate occasion to be repaired however, the failure persisted. The manufacturer was notified of the failures and filed two cases for the failures. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 900. |
