Description of the problem | While towing my camping trailer on the interstate i pulled into a rest stop. Then i noticed the right rear tire was flat. Later at a garage the serviceman found the valve stem had split. This was a snap-in rubber stem. I believe the tires on a truck of this size (gmc 2500hd) and with this air pressure (80 psi rear, 55 front) should have steel clamp-in type stems. |
