Description of the problem | Takata recall dealer sent recall letter in 2015 went to dealer 3 times over time, no parts available. Called gmc gave them same info. There answer this message is being recorded explained went to dealer no parts there reply to me bottom line, do not have any passengers in vehicle or replace parts at my expense. This is unexceptable they have parts for new vehicles being built this is unacceptable for every new car built they should replace one on recall or stop production on new vehicles. Cheaper to pay death of person than fix problem. Thank you |
