Description of the problem | My truck has a defective dash that has cracked in multiple places for no reason and no rough treatment or anythig that would cause it to break, it cracked and broke all on its own... And gmc should be responsible for replacing because it is a safety hazard. This is a defect happening to thousands of these trucks and all the cracks and breaks and in the same exact spots which would seem to be a manufacturer defect not a consumer issue... If i were to get into an accident the defective broken dash could seriously injure someone. My truck is also part of the takata recall and i can not go in to get the air bag fixed because it will further break my dash. This dash issue is a major safety issue that needs to be addressed and a recall needs to be made for this issue |
