Description of the problem | All four brake rotors are corroded on one side. Over 50% of the friction surface is missing. Vehicle was taken to gmc dealer clyde revord motors in everett washington for inspection. Dealer's conclusion was "verified customers concern and found all 4 rotors do have corrosion on them as the rest of the under carriage shows normal signs of road contamination. No creating a safety issue." i took exception to this and contacted gmc customer care hotline and started case # [xxx]. Gmc attempted to work this issue but failed to recognize or correct the serious safety issue with the brakes. I have photos of the condition and the original parts if desired.
