Description of the problem | I purchased a 2011 terrain not knowing there was an issue with the excessive oil consumption. I have called gmc for a fix and have been told that nhsa is the one who decides what vin # get a letter to get the motor fixed. I disagree with this since fir the other vin# are having the same issue why would you not include all models experiencing this issue? My question is how can i get this resolved to get gmc to send me the letter that others have received regarding this issue? |
