Description of the problemI was having problems with my brakes making noise so i took the car in for service, i was told the brakes was fine; however the noise continued and a month late i took it back and was told i needed pads, rotors and that the left cv axle was rusted and needed to be replaced. 2 days later i was told my car was ready and that the cv axle was replaced. I left and within 30 minutes as i was about to get on the highway, i heard a pop and lose all control of the terrain, my the only way i could stop the vehicle was by placing the emergency brakes, the car was making a loud noise. I put it in parked and it continue to roll until i turned it off. Even the tow truck driver stated that the car was rolling in the park position. I'm thankful that i and my kids were not killed because i literally had no control of the car. Now that the car has been towed back to the dealership, i was told the new cv axle was malfunctioned. Honestly, i'm still paying for this vehicle and do not feel safe driving it.
