Description of the problem | I was having the struts and shocks looked at in my car. While the worker finished the job, he put the car down and took it for a test drive to make sure it was good to go. One that test drive, he said something did not seem correct. After he got it back to the shop and back on the rack, the frame was cracked and rusted through. This was not the case when my car was previously worked on by getting a new ball joint back in the fall of 2019. |
