Description of the problem | Our vehicle has a significant vibration in v4 mode when traveling between 45-65 mph and above. The vibration is also accompanied by increased cabin pressure. These issues are causing headaches, nausea, dizziness, and are further exacerbating my wife's multiple sclerosis. We also have a popping sound coming from the rear of the vehicle's suspension when turning that makes us feel unsafe. The vibration started right after we took delivery of the car and has only gotten worse. We bought the car in april 2015 and the issue continues unfixed to this day. The popping noise started about 3-4 weeks ago and it sounds like a suspension component. Our ac recirculating feature also does not work and it allows harmful exhaust smoke in. |
