Description of the problem	At slower speed, brakes become stiff and was unable to stop vehicle. The brakes did not engage all the way to the floor as normal and instead stopped about 1/4 of the way and was solid even when pressing both feet on the brake. Almost rear-ended the vehicle in front of me but since i was at such a slow rate of speed i was able to roll a few feet and the vehicle stopped. I had to turn the vehicle completely off and start it back up and it seemed to work fine but the next time i was in the vehicle at the slow rate of speed, the brakes then again were very hard to press. I do not feel comfortable driving the vehicle until this problem is taken care of. I contacted the local dealer and they told me it would be 5 days until they could get to it - disappointed in that considering the severity of the issue.
