Description of the problem	Recalls that are seriously affecting the car's safety that cannot be repaired because the service call has closed, but was bought that way without knowing. The wiper motor works when it wants on the driver side, preventing clear safe vision during rain, the 4 wheel drive is stuck in 4 wd, the front suspension possibly cracked, the headlight doesn't face straight on the road, the air bag on the passenger side has defect that if deployed can cause bodily injury to the passenger, license plate only works when its slammed shut, and have issue with the electrical under the dash that apparently fails to comply with the requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standards no. 101, "control location, identification, and illumination" and no. 208, "occupant crash protection.. But yet gm wont repair it !!! All of these are prior recalls, but because i wasn't the original owner and didn't take the car in when they were first announced, gm refuses to make my envoy safe from causing me or my kids harm. Because the first owner didn't do it, or because its too late. If a year make and model of a car has a recall, why does it matter when the issue surfaces, its obviously a cause for concern, why not repair it?
