Description of the problem | The rear hatchback glass shattered on my 2002 envoy xl for no apparent reason. The car was parked. This is the second time since owning this vehicle that we have had an issue with the hatchback glass. The first incident was in aprox. 2003 when the glass came loose from the hinges and dropped. It was replaced free of charge from the gm warranty. |
