Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2000 gmc k2500. The contact referenced a recall but the recall number was unknown. The contact spoke with the dealer and the manufacturer and both stated that the recall repair had previously been performed in 2005. While approaching a stop sign at 5 mph, the contact depressed the brake pedal and it went to the floorboard. The contact released the brakes and applied them again. The failure continued intermittently. The vehicle had not been repaired at the time of the complaint. The failure mileage was approximately 71,000. The current mileage was approximately 85,000. |
