Description of the problem | My vehicle is under a recall but when we called the gmc dealership last year they denied that there was really a problem. They said that gmc felt like the airbags in my truck were fine and i should ignore the recall. I asked them for a remedy or a replacement vehicle since i was not going to ignore the recall. They laughed and told me a remedy was not available yet and they were not providing me with an alternate vehicle while they waited for one to be sent down from corporate. It has been two years since the recall and i feel we have waited long enough. |
