Description of the problem | Driver's seat attachment structure broke in two places, where rail attaches to car floor. Both failures are at the ourboard, front corner of seat. These failures happened about 6 to 7 months apart from each other. Sadly, i know two other suburban owners with same problem (coincidence?) but manufacturer denies there is an issue. Perhaps if enough people are injured in accidents, they will change their decision. *la |
