Description of the problem | I stopped to fill the yukon up with gas. When i turned the truck back on and pulled out of the gas station i had no brakes. They went completely to the floor. Unfortunately a log truck was coming down the road and i rolled out in front of him. Thank goodness he was able to swerve around me. He left me a few hand signs to let me know he was not happy with me. While there was no accident caused, i could've been killed due to this! I am not happy to get on line and read this has been an existing problem with the 2003 gmc's. There needs to be a recall in regards to this. My yukon has always been serviced, inspected and well kept. There was no indication this was going to happen. I literally just had no brakes. |
