Description of the problem | Takata recall: my wife contacted the near by plaza honda dealer and honda itself asking for them to service the car for the airbag recall. My wife is pregnant and she is due in october. We do not want to use the car until it is serviced. They told us they could provide a rental car. We have called multiple times and everyone acts like we hadn't just spoken to them. We have no car we can use because of this unsafe car and if she needs medical attention or anything we will be forced to pay for other means of transportation. They should service our car immediately or give us a car to use until the car is serviced. |
