Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2010 honda accord. The contact stated that the vehicle had been parked and when he returned to the vehicle, all four windows were opened. The contact discovered in the vehicle owner's manual that if the key was turned twice, all of the windows would open whether they were locked or not. The contact stated that the mechanism should be disabled. The vehicle was not inspected or repaired and the manufacturer was not notified. The current and failure mileage was approximately 3,200. Updated 4/4/11 *cn the consumer stated that holding the holding the unlock button for 10 seconds on second push would also roll down all the windows. The dealer reprogrammed the unlock remote.
