Description of the problem | I am having an oil consumption problem at least 3 quarts in between oil changes this has been getting worse and started almost immediately after purchase. This past february it started missing and i had a loss of power while on the highway on the way to work. I took it in and the honda dealership replaced four fouled spark plugs and said if it happened again they would replace the rings in the engine, in total i will have taken the car to the honda dealership 6 times for this problem and i am getting very tired of taking it in so they can tell me that they fixed the problem. With the loss of power i could have been in a serious accident and i am concerned about the engine failing every time i drive the car. I would consider this car unsafe because it could fail at anytime and leave me stranded or worse it could fail when i am pulling into traffic or merging onto a highway. |
