Description of the problem	In july of 2017 my car started showing that there was a instability in the engine. Turns out that honda knew about this possible problem and had a procedure to deal with it without fixing the underlying cause. It seems that they made the pistons incorrectly at the factory and they could leak oil into the spark plugs causing misfiring in the cylinders. I went to honda dealership to have this corrected and they said they needed to replace the spark plugs, clean up the oil and top it off. Then they would do oil consumption tests for a few months to see if the problem was gone. And it was gone for a while. Just long enough for the warranty to expire so when the problem occurred again, i would be left holding the bag to pay the $2700 for the repair that should have been done when i first went in 2017. I called honda to review my case and they denied me twice stating the age of the car negated any assistance from them. My honda case number is 09490208.
