Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2010 honda accord. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the low oil level warning light illuminated. The contact took the vehicle to priority honda hampton (4115 w mercury blvd, hampton, va 23666) where the dealer was unable to provide a cause for the failure. The contact also mentioned to the dealer that the oil needed to be topped off soon after the vehicle received an oil change. The vehicle was taken back to the same dealer where the valve cover gasket and serpentine belt was replaced. The failure persisted. The vehicle was again taken to the same dealer and the contact was informed that the pistons needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown. |
