Description of the problem | 2010 honda accord. Consumer writes in regards to a faulty design of vehicle key. *smd the consumer stated when she turned the key in the ignition, it fell apart in her hand. The key came loose from its black plastic case. She noticed there was a crack in the case. She managed to put the case together again so she could use the key to drive home. She went to the dealer, where she was informed she would need a new key and a new case key. The rep in the parts dept. Suggested the key may have broken in her purse. |
