Description of the problem	The rear brakes of the vehicle, which should be first replaced at about 70,000 had to be replaced at 25,000 at a cost of about $175 due to a faulty design in tthat the brakes had excess ware because the braking mechanism didn't release as they should. The car is only one year old and most miles are highway miles with little braking. I do not ride the brake pedal and never have.
