Description of the problem | The rear brakes on my honda accord have worn out prematurely. After just over a year of owning my car i already need to replace the rear brake pads. The honda dealer did not seem surprised when i brought my car in with this problem and then after some searching i found the class action lawsuit that was settled on the 2008 accords for the same problem: http://usnews. Rankingsandreviews. Com/cars-trucks/daily-news/100408-honda-settles-lawsuit-over-accord-brakes/. Honda is clearly aware of this issue, and they should be held responsible for it, and fix this problem. I am very disappointed that i will be having to take my car in for new brake pads 2 to 3 times more often than any other car i could have bought. I chose honda for its reliability and now i am being let down. |
