Description of the problem	Knocking noise at low speed 5 to 10 mph. Appears to be in steering rack. Thought perhaps brakes but we have eliminated those. Popping noise can felt when moving steering wheel right to left and idle with or without engine running and holding hand on tie rod ends. Dealer says there is no problem but steering is not safe with this being felt. Car has 5000 miles on odometer and is 4 months old. It just started 1 day at about 4500 miles. The longer it is driven in a day the louder the noise becomes.
