Description of the problem | Three months after i bought the honda, the tpms light came on, and when i called the service dept. At the dealership where i bought it, they told me it was the change in temperature and i should just "drive around the block" until it goes out. It did go out, but seven months later the tpms light came on again. I again called the dealership and they said to bring it in, and it would be fixed at no charge. However, when i brought it in, i was told i'd have to pay $240 because the sensor was bad. Having researched the issue, i see there have been many complaints about this sensor problem, that honda knows about it, that they lied to me about "driving around the block." then they lied again, telling me they would fix it at no charge. |
