Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2013 honda accord. The contact stated that the start button had to be pushed several times before the engine would finally start. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer (sunset honda, 12250 los soso valley rd, luis obispo, ca) where it was diagnosed that the starter was faulty and needed to be replaced and the torque converter needed to be rotated. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified. The contact was informed by the dealer that the manufacturer's tsb number: 16-002 was for the same failure.
