Description of the problem | The tpms light came on a few hundred miles before a tire blew out. I considered the tear in the side-wall of the tire before the blow to be the likely cause of the tpms light on (losing pressure). After a brand new set of four (4) tires, no matter how many times i try to re-calibrate the tpms, or check the tire pressure myself, or take the car to the tire shop to check the pressures, the light remains on no matter what. This is an on0going issue that continues daily, despite driving conditions. |
