Description of the problem	This is to inform you i made an appointment for 2/20/2021 with my local honda dealership one week prior based on the recall letter received from your office. I was was physically there, i was told by one of the advisor that they ran out of parts. No future appointment were made by the dealership. Not sure what is means but this was written under comments :da212407, from the "complimentary multi point inspection" form. Personal arrangements were made to leave my car based on my convenience; the road conditions were very icy and treacherous to get there; my ride back home was waiting in the parking lot. After going through the process of checking in my car and leaving the dealership, then i received a phone call from one of the employees (yvonne) they could not accommodate me. In addition, i called your vehicle safety hotline yesterday 2//02/20/2021 to report this but your office was closed. I am very disappointed in the customer service i experienced. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation with this matter.
