Description of the problem	Electrical system failure due to battery failure and alternator failure. Received honda recall notice after replaced battery and alternator replacement repair . Charge 723. 92$ for alternator ,and 108. 00$ for a walmart battery . Recall part bms sensor ,caused this repair as it noted in recall description . Honda dealership denied bsm sensor fault . Will not refund customer. Contacted honda customer service. No action taken. Eastbound hwy 70 traveling with family ,75mph all of sudden control panel blinks twice ,speed decelerated up and down . This occurred 3 times . Finally made it home . Vehicle not start 1hr later. Checked battery ,dead . Dealership was closed . Purchased walmart battery . Vehicle still inconsistent . Mon morning contacted ed napleton for appt.
