Description of the problem | The backup camera display has a black screen and no image of what's behind the vehicle. Sometimes it comes back on but is fuzzy and blurry. It then goes back to black. In both cases the rear back up camera feature is useless and causing a safety hazard for the driver. Additionally the seat memory feature has gone out as well. It no longer remembers the location for driver 1 or driver 2. The movement of the driver's seat is also affected and does not move continuously when the controls are engaged. This affects the safety of the driver and proper seat location and viewpoint. |
