Description of the problem | Battery has left me stranded 3+ times. Not to mention that i have taken in the car a few times due to all the re-calls its hard. Battery and electronica blue tooth has its issues as well. Not keeping my connection clear and will have my calls become chipmunks connection and loud noise on the other end of the line making it difficult for bluetooth devise function usable & that is a safe road hazard, please advise [xxx] information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u.
