Description of the problem | The car would give a hard time starting once a week, this started 3 weeks ago, then last week it just stopped turning on, after trying couple of times , i turned it on, drove to the honda dealership were they told me that i needed a new battery and a new starter. They would not cover it since the car passed the 36,000miles, it had 42,000miles. I noticed another car similar to mine had the same problem at the dealership, so i went online to research this issue and found out that honda knew about this problem happening quiet often and did not issue a recall as well as them having a class action law suit regarding this matter. I have done all the work at a honda dealership and have documents and receipts it costed me about 840$$ which is a lot of money for a relatively new car. |
