Description of the problem | The car sometimes would not start, i only hear a clicking sound. I know it is not the battery because when the car starts, the cranking noise is very good. This issue happened and continues to occur in the past. I bought an extended warranty on this car, promising a stress free maintenance. I have taken the car to a honda dealership but i get a push back saying "if the issue not present during, they cannot troubleshoot anything". This is tough for consumer like me that was convinced to purchase extended warranty where i feel it's useless and waste of money to what caused me but stressed and worry. I am reaching out to the government agency such as yourself to perhaps assist/advice on what a consumer should do with this issue |
