Description of the problem | "takata recall" i received a card in snail mail that there was a class action settlement on the takata airbags. This card advised me to go to the website to find out if my honda civic was part of this settlement. And whether i should go to the honda dealer to check if i needed my airbags repaired. When i went to this website it didn't tell me anything. It didn't tell me if my car was involved in the settlement or if i needed to have my airbags repaired. This website didn't even ask for my vin number. I would appreciate someone informing me if i need to take my 2013 honda civic to my dealer and have this repaired? |
