Description of the problem | Aloha, bought this honda civic, hybrid in 2013 brand new and love it overall. Had an issue when adjusting the inside mirror that it actually came off in my hand while i was drying ! ..... I didn't feel that i was that forceful in adjusting the mirror so was very surprised to see it pop off like that, and also very dangerous while on the highway in doing so. Had to pull over to the side of the road, and was able to pop the ball joint thingy back into place. Hmm...... I've never had a car do that before !! ....... Very dangerous and should be looked into. We had called the main honda dealership on mainland, reported it, and have a case number on it, as well as taking the car to the hilo, hawaii honda dealership where we bought the car and reporting the issue ! Thanks. |
