Description of the problem | My husband was driving down the interstate (in november, it was a decent day and before the cold weather hit), no traffic around him and he was not near an overpass, when his sunroof exploded. He said it sounded like a shotgun blast. His ears were ringing for days. He took the car to honda that very day and they suggested it was a rock and he said absolutely not and insisted that they repair it. They did not argue and were very good to us and repaired it with no problems. My husband is really afraid it could happen again. |
