Description of the problem | As i was pulling out of my driveway at night (the car had been sitting there all day), i heard a crackling sound and noise coming out of the rooftop. I stopped right away, got out of the car to see a big hole in the center of the moonroof glass panel. The glass fell on the on the inside roof slider (which luckily was closed). The moonroof glass panel was intact and not damaged from the prior drive. It just disintegrated on its own as i was pulling out of the driveway, and clearly not the result of a road hazard/impact as honda/dealership asserted (even though i told them the circumstances under which this happened). |
