Description of the problem | As soon as i drove off the lot with my brand new 2020 honda civic lx with only 13 miles on it i immediately heard a thud coming from the left side of the passenger front tire as time went on i started hearing clicking noises when i would turn i took the vehicle in for an oil change and mentioned the sounda coming from the front end and the dearly stated they could not replicate the noise. I continued to drive the vehicle and the sound have become more and more frequently noticeable i returned it to the dealership and was told i need a new axel. Now i am told i have to drive it for another 10-15 days like this due to a national back order i am concerned for my safty. This is a brand new car that i am investing in and should not have to worry about any of these safty issues while i am on the road to work. |
