Description of the problem	Takata recall received notice in the mail of the recall contacted hendrick honda of charleston right away, was told that parts not available until june as the letter said, was told we had to wait for a loaner car and was put on a waiting list. They called us while we were out of state 2 weeks later to come get loaner car, we said we were going to be back next week and they said so sorry then you don't get a loaner car.!! That's the last i talked to them. We used to get good service at this establishment but as soon as we called about recall it was like "your a nobody now" and we don't want to talk to you. There was not even a mention that they would call us when parts did come in. I am writing this to let someone know that if something happens to my wife or both us we have it written down as we tried to do what was told to do and to contact dealer for instructions and all we did was get a run-around.
