Description of the problem | Takata recall - i have contacted my local dealership several times with concerns on getting my vehicle in for this recall. I work in insurance and we currently have two claims due to this recall, one involving a fatality. I am extremely disappointed in honda. Honda keeps telling me they can't help me. Communication is a one way street on this issue. I just want to know why i received a notice recall and then the ball is dropped. I received the notice march 2016 expecting some kind of communication by the end of summer as stated in the letter. The letter indicates this matter should be remedied in the summer of 2016. I called honda'so phone number printed on the recall on june 15th and was told the parts are available so i called my local honda dealership and was told parts not available. |
