Description of the problem	Takata recall honda refuses to assist me with this recall. They have no loaner for me at the dealership and wouldn't "allow" me to use it if they did because i have a pet and they don't allow pets in their vehicles. They have paid for a rental that also does not allow pets and refuse to pay for the associated pet fees with it and get's terrible gas mileage. This has impeded my ability to work as i have no way to bring my dog on jobs with me any longer and can't pay for daycare for him. Additionally, honda refuses to suspend off my car payments temporarily, so i'm paying for a vehicle i can't drive. Honda has told me i need to take "personal responsibility" on several occasions. Me. I do. The consumer who purchased their rolling death machine. I have spoken with agents at the local dealership and at honda's call center (aaron, sahara, winona). Winona was bold enough to tell me that this is my problem since i encountered financial difficulties last year and even inquired twice as to why i was in debt. The audacity has been astounding.
